B.Sc Nursing – Rules for Admission

• Admission Process
  Admission to the B.Sc Nursing programme is conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Government of Goa. Selection is based on the candidate’s performance in Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB) at HSSC/12th standard and NEET-UG scores, as per the prevailing norms of DTE and Indian Nursing Council.
• Candidates must apply through the official DTE Goa admission portal within the notified dates and follow all instructions issued by DTE regarding registration( i.e form filling), document verification, and seat allotment.

Important Note:
→ Admission will be granted only to candidates who meet the eligibility criteria prescribed by DTE, Goa and INC. The merit list and counseling schedule will be published on the DTE website.

Rules for Admission in GNM and ANM programmes

1. Online Application:
   All eligible candidates must submit their application through the DHE Goa Samarth Portal at https://goaadmission.samarth.ac.in on or before the last date notified by the Directorate of Higher Education, Government of Goa. Candidates are required to upload scanned copies of all documents strictly as per the guidelines prescribed by DHE.
2. Admission Confirmation:
   Candidates selected in the merit list published on the college website must report in person to the College of Nursing for admission with original documents. The seat will be confirmed only upon payment of the prescribed academic fees within three (3) working days from the date of publication of the merit list. Failure to report within the stipulated period will result in cancellation of the allotted seat.
