RULES FOR ADMISSION

  • Candidate should fill in and submit the application form in the office of the institution personally with all Certificates/ Documents (Self Attested).
  • Selection will be done purely on merit.
  • An applicant can apply in more than one category with a separate application form in each category.
  • If any applicant who is offered admission dose not report or pay the prescribed fees within the date specified in the notice of admission the offer will be treated as cancelled and seat will be offered to the next eligible applicant from the merit list.

 

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

  • Certificate of Birth from the Registry.
  • Certificate of Passing and statement of Marks of the 12th Std exam. School Leaving Certificate from the last school attended.
  • Medical fitness certificate from the Government Doctor.
  • Caste certificate from the competent authority in case the applicant is claiming for the reserved seats of SC/ST/OBC
  • If an applicant has claimed admission under EWS, Income Certificate and Assetscertificate from the Mamlatdar of concerned Taluka.
  • In case of physically handicapped candidate, acertificate from the constituted Medical board of GMC hospital Bambolim, Hospicio Hospital Margaonand North Goa District (Asilo) Hospital Mapusa, regarding the nature and the extent to which thecandidate is fit for pursing the diploma programe.(extent of disability should be 40% and above)
  • Residence certificate
  • Recent passport size photograph (4 no.)
  • N.C.C. “C” Certificate if applicable.

Total number of available seats for ANM is 40 plus 4 seats for E.W.S. Total seats are 44.
